I have lived in central France since 2005 and on my own since October 2012. My life has changed more than many can comprehend but I have never been happier. My professional life in England for a large part of life was as a designer & consultant which I continued once in France up until 2009. I am artistic, musical and love good food, wine and friends Since living in France I have done various things such as run a B&B and Gite. The one I have enjoyed the most is cooking in restaurants. Hard but rewarding work. I am not sure where my life is heading but I am an optimist with a positive attitude trying to enjoy life as it unfolds. Life appears to be treating me well at this stage in my life but living alone can be hard at times. The key is to remain positive about everything even when the odds are stacking up against you.
